新ファイレクシア/New Phyrexiaにおける法務官/Praetorの一人。緑マナに列する派閥「悪意の大群/Vicious Swarm」を率いる。男性。
二つ名は「飢餓の声/Voice of Hunger」。
白板で覆われた頭部と襟部が特徴的な、獣人の骨のような姿をしている（参考）。
かつての英雄グリッサ/Glissaを完成へと導き、己の派閥の右腕とした。
