「ストーム値」を編集中

[[キーワード能力]]、[[キーワード処理]]、[[能力語]]などのメカニズムそれぞれについて、Mark Rosewaterはそれが将来の[[本流のセット]]で再び使われる可能性を点数付けしている。点数は1～10の10段階で、高いほど[[再録]]されにくいことを示す。

その名前は[[マジック：ザ・ギャザリング|マジック]]史上最も[[壊れ]]ているメカニズムの1つ、[[ストーム]]に由来する。ブログ『[[Blogatog]]』において、ストームが将来のスタンダードで再登場する可能性を尋ねられたMarkは、「ほぼ再録されるものを1、まず再録されないものを10とすれば、ストームは10だ」と回答した。その後、様々なメカニズムに対して「この基準で言うなら◯◯はいくつ？」という質問が寄せられるようになり、やがて「ストーム値」はBlogatogの定番ネタと化した。そしてストーム値はその人気から、Markが執筆する公式記事「[[Making Magic -マジック開発秘話-]]」でも取り上げられるようになった。
